By accessing, browsing, or using the simUphish website or services (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. ABOUT SIMUPHISH LTD
simUphish LTD is a company registered in England and Wales, providing a human risk management platform that includes phishing simulations, training modules, behavioral analytics, and threat response tools. simUphish is intended for organizational use only.
3. USER ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS
3.1 You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the Services on behalf of your organization.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep this information up to date.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
4. USE OF SERVICES
4.1 You agree to use simUphish solely for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations such as UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
4.2 You may not:
– Attempt unauthorized access to the system
– Upload or distribute malicious code
– Use the Services for real-world malicious phishing
– Misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
– Scrape or reverse engineer any component
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property related to simUphish including logos, content, training materials, phishing templates, and software code is owned by simUphish LTD. No rights are granted to users except as explicitly provided.
6. SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING AND TERMINATION
6.1 simUphish offers subscription-based services. Details are outlined in the relevant contract or order form.
